Switching Local Carriers
My wife and I have had long-distance service through OPEX. We recently
switched our LOCAL phone service from Verizon to Starpower. Since we made
that change we can no longer automatically place long-distance phone calls
from home. We have to dial the OPEX access number. I would like to have
things set up so that we automatically have OPEX as our long-distance
provider. Please let me know if there’s anything else I need to do to
accomplish this. I called Starpower and asked them to implement OPEX as our
long-distance provider, but I was told by the Starpower representative that
I should contact OPEX. I look forward to hearing from you.
