How Do I Find Out If I’m Signed Up?

I think I just signed up for Opex long distance and local service but I am not sure. How do I find out if I am signed up and if I am signed up when does it take effect. When do I cancel my other phone services (long distance and local).

I can see that you did sign up for service, now you just need to wait for the order to get provisioned.
It usually takes opex around 4-7 days for your service to be switched from your old carrier to Opex. Once your lines are switched, you will receive an email from Opex thanking you for making your first call on their system. They are very good about sending you emails if they need to give you information or have you do anything to complete your order, so make sure you read all the emails they send.
Now, remember, Opex isn’t your local carrier, but they will carry your local long distance calls as well as all your other long distance calls, so you can’t cancel your local service. I’ve had people cancel their local service before, and that shuts down their whole phone system, including long distance.
