Does Opex Offer Local Service?

Saturday, November 17th, 2007

Opex doesn’t offer regular local phone service, unless you’re willing to go with a VoIP plan. With VoIP, they offer unlimited local and/or long distance for one flat monthly fee. They also offer regular long distance service.

International Calling

I use Opex for state to state long distance and was wondering what happens
if I dial International to Italy? Are you still my provider, and if not,
how can I get you to be?

Mike

Dear Mike,

When you sign up for Opex long distance service, Opex becomes your long distance provider for instate long distance, state to state long distance and international long distance calls. You don’t have to do anything, it happens automatically when you sign up.

Thanks,

Greg

Does Long Distance Include Voice Mail?

Tuesday, November 6th, 2007

No. Voicemail is provided by your local telephone company, not your long distance company. When you switch your long distance service to Opex, your voice mail and other services will remain the same. The only difference is that your long distance bill will go down.

Will I Still Have Voice Mail

Saturday, November 3rd, 2007

Your voice mail will work exactly like it does now. You voice mail service is part of your local phone package, not your long distance package, so nothing about your voice mail will change when you switch to Opex. Opex will be your new long distance carrier, so nothing will change on your local account.
