How Much Is Opex’s PICC Fee?

What Are The Monthly Fees?

Monday, November 19th, 2007

Is there a minimum time limit on the long distance services? The office
we are considering your service for will only be used for 6 months.

list all monthly access fees or monthly charges that may apply to your
long distance service that are in addition to the minutes billed and taxes
such as the universal service fund, etc. (I want to know ALL charges that
will appear on my monthly bill)

I presently have no long distance carrier. This is a new phone line. How
long will it take to start the service?

FYI: My area code is 270, my local exchange is 388.

Rob

Dear Rob,

No, the service is from whenever you sign up until whenever you decide to
shut it down. (I was going to say month to month, but that isn’t correct,
you don’t have to stay a week if you don’t want to.)

There aren’t any extra charges, discount carriers have control of 4 things
they can charge you, the rate per minute, any billing fees they may add for
paper billing or not using enough service, the PICC charge for business
customers, and a monthly carrier recovery charge.

These plans don’t have any fees if you sign up with a credit card, and a
$2.00 fee if you don’t and use less than $20.00 worth of service. The
business PICC fee varies by state and none of these plans currently have a
carrier recovery charge.

So, if you want to know what taxes etc… you will be paying, you will need
to look at your current long distance bill and figure you will be paying all
the same fees and taxes as you are paying now. (BUT, probably less, since
they are based on the size of your bill.)

It takes 3 to 7 days to set up service.

Thanks,

Greg
