I just want to confirm something. If I sign-up for ebill, and/or auto payment, please confirm that there is NO monthy charge even if my bill is less than $20

There are no monthly charges, even if the usage is under $20.00.

Question: Inforamation on the web site is a bit confusing. If my bill is under $20, but I pay with ebill, is the monthy fee waived. Or is the monthy fee always apply when ever the bill is below $20 regardless of payment method
