What About Months I Don’t Use Long Distance

Sunday, December 23rd, 2007

We only hvae service at our Michigan phone # from May through October-how are we billed for the other months?

Is this in regards to the prepaid long distance service, or regular billed long distance service?

If the account is prepaid, then everything is fine. If the account is billed, then you are going to get a $2.00 monthly charge for the months that you don’t use the account because usage will be under $20.00.

What Are The Billing Increments?

Wednesday, October 17th, 2007

Opex long distance service is billed in 6 second increments with a 6 second minimum call length. What that means is that if you make a 2 second call, your account will be charged for a total of 6 seconds. All calls are rounded up to the next 6 second increment. (i.e. a 2 minute 10 second call would be billed at 2 minutes and 12 seconds.) The previous call, billed at 2.7 cents per minute would cost you approximately 6 cents.
